ASEAN Business Awards
The ASEAN Business Awards (ABA) is a prestigious international event held annually by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC) since 2007.
With 13 years of implementation, the Awards has been creating opportunities for businesses to reaffirm their position among industry peers, advance their competitiveness and integration, and enhance their brands throughout ASEAN region on a global level.

As a prestigious international-level event, the ASEAN Business Awards 2023 will seek and recognize ASEAN business enterprises and individuals that drive growth through innovative solutions, as well as those that prioritize sustainability in their endeavors.
The awards emphasize the importance of collaboration and community empowerment in pursuing a more inclusive ASEAN society, highlighting the crucial role of partnerships in fostering peace and prosperity throughout the region.

Large Corporation
MSME
Individual
The enterprise must be incorporated in an ASEAN member country with a minimum of 50+% ASEAN-owned equity.
The enterprise should have been in operation for a minimum of 5 years.
The enterprise is preferably operational in 2 or more ASEAN countries.
Enterprise revenue should be greater than USD 10 million annually.
The enterprise should preferably have audited financial statements for at least the past three years.

SCORING METHODOLOGY
The assessment of nominees in each Award Pillars will be based on the following scoring criteria:
TIMELINE
Registration
May (W4) - July (W2) 2023
Enterprises and individuals can submit their nominations on the website, provided that all the required documents and eligibility requirements are fulfilled.
Nominations open until
Evaluation
July - August 2023
Each application for the nomination will be examined and verified by the ABA Committee Members by data completeness and qualification. The applicants will be evaluated based on the scoring criteria to prepare for the following stage.
Screening & Shortlisting
August - September 2023
The panel of judges will be involved in a more detailed evaluation process of the applicants through comparing them against the scoring criteria and considering other relevant information. This thorough analysis allows the judges to shortlist the most promising applicants to be given the awards.
Announcement of Winner
4 September 2023
The awardees will be announced in the ASEAN Business Awards 2023 on September 4th in Jakarta, Indonesia. This prestigious event honours the achievements of ASEAN enterprises and individuals, highlighting their successes and contributions to the ASEAN community.
